We hire a User Experience Designer!

We are looking for an experienced user experience/interaction designer to join our Helsinki team. You will shape the design and build the brand of new global software service. Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Team Player
• Ability to coordinate the creative process through all phases of design thinking
• Ability to conduct efficient customer interviews and design workshops
• Strong skills in web and mobile UX
• Hands-on design skills
• Leadership qualities and empathy

• Degree in interaction design and/or research
• 5+ years of design experience
• Demonstration of strategic thinking
• Understanding of brand building
• Ability to articulate the solution vision
• Understanding of latest UX technologies

Ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed and feels comfortable working in a highly agile environment.
